Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At AGM Group, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Some products are non-returnable, as outlined below.
Non-returnable Items:
•Gift cards
•Downloadable software products
•Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)
•Health and personal care items
•Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Additional Restrictions:
Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase or a receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
In some situations, only partial refunds will be granted:
•Items that are returned with visible signs of use (e.g., books, CDs, DVDs, software)
•Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to AGM Group’s error.
•Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
•First, check your bank account.
•Contact your credit card company or bank; refunds may take some time to process.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email [email protected] and send your item to: AGM Group Great People, 33 Queen St Pl, London EC4R 1BR.
Gifts:
If a gift was marked as such at the time of purchase, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If not, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns:
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
